Following the spectacular success of Charlie Cox’s Daredevil Netflix series that ruled the hearts of Marvel fans for over three years, from 2015 to 2018, fans are now heartily awaiting the release of Daredevil: Born Again on Disney+ in 2024. Yet throughout that wait, updates about how the upcoming series will be different from the previous ones as Marvel Studios has decided to start back from scratch keep on surfacing every now and then.
Among these updates, one recent report claims that the upcoming Disney+ show will apparently feature multiple versions of the same superhero: the White Tiger.

Ever since Marvel Studios decided to start right from the beginning and take a completely unique turn for the story of Charlie Cox‘s upcoming Disney+ series Daredevil: Born Again, several updates and rumors have been popping up, and the most recent one claims that fans will get to see multiple versions of the White Tiger in the show.
This comes after the recent tweet by CanWeGetToast on X, which reportedly started the claim about multiple White Tigers. Here’s what the tweet said:
‘DAREDEVIL: BORN AGAIN’ is set to feature MULTIPLE White Tigers.
In the comics, there have been 3 wearers of the mantle:
Hector Ayala – the first White Tiger
Angela Del Toro – Hector’s niece and second to wear the mantle

Now if they decide to stick to the comics for this particular aspect, then according to the books, three characters have worn the mantle of the White Tiger: Hector Ayala, the first and foremost White Tiger; Angela Del Toro, Ayala’s niece and the second White Tiger mantle wearer; and lastly, Ava Ayala aka Hector Ayala’s sister and the third White Tiger.
Fans’ Reaction To Multiple White Tigers In Daredevil: Born Again
Following this report, some Marvel fans are genuinely excited to see Hector Ayala and Ava Ayala in Charlie Cox’s upcoming Daredevil series, as per their comments on the tweet by CanWeGetToast:

Most of the other fans, however, are counting on Jenna Ortega to join the cast as the White Tiger, with one of them even bringing up the rumors that claimed Marvel had signed the Wednesday actress up for Daredevil: Born Again.

Considering the excitement and the fact that Daredevil: Born Again would be different from what fans have ever seen, this claim just might be true. However, no confirmation has yet been made and fans will just have to wait for the series’ release to find out what actually ends up happening.
Daredevil: Born Again is set to be released on Disney+ by Spring 2024.
