According to one certain leaker, there will be multiple seasons released for the title, which will only pick up in excitement once it hits its third season. According to this leaker, there will be a few shocking twists that players will be looking forward to, just like a rather famous but forgotten Arkham Universe villain, when they make their return in a later season.

Why Will Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League Get Better Once It Reaches Its Third Season?

When Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League releases, it will start off with the simple story of Brainiac having invaded Metropolis and Task Force X being sent in to put an end to him while also saving the world in the process.

During this difficult task, Task Force X will be put against many recognisable heroes from the DC universe in an entirely new environment. From what has been leaked and shown off by Rocksteady, we know that the game is set in an open world with many points of interest to discover and public events to take part in as the players traverse the lands.

Sadly, many gamers have been put off by this premise, as many gamers feel like the story won’t be that interesting and will most likely end in a way that Rocksteady won’t be able to bring back the Arkham Universe. What concerns many gamers is the fact that Warner Bros. is hellbent on sticking to the game being a live-service game, meaning that players will have to wait for future free updates to see the rest of the story.

According to the leaker, Miller Ross, gamers shouldn’t expect any good content until the third season of the game, as there will be many different reasons to get excited. As such, it is currently set to release around Halloween and Black Friday, meaning the game will be cheaper for those wanting to wait.

Gamers will also be happy to know that we will be finally making a return to the gloomy streets of Gotham in the third season, while also encountering some rather familiar faces from said location, but that isn’t the only good news coming from this leaker.

What Forgotten DCEU Villain Is Making His Appearance in Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, and When?

According to a leaker, Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League could be returning to familiar ground after release.

As stated above, Miller Ross has already teased that we will be seeing a good amount of content that brings back memories for fans of the Arkham series. However, there is one bit of information that many games will be very eager to see, but sadly won’t be coming until the fourth season.

This character that Miller Ross speaks of is the notorious villain Deathstroke, who we have already seen within the Arkham games as a very formidable opponent. Although there are some gamers who won’t be too bothered to see Deathstroke return, there are many who are eager to see him and battle him once again, but with a new taste in combat.

At the moment, we do not know in what context Deathstroke will be returning, as he is usually set up as a villain rather than a hero, but for all we know, he could become a vital resource for Task Force X, especially if the updates continue within Gotham City.

Depending on the circumstances that led us into Gotham City in the first place and the introduction of Deathstroke, we will most likely be seeing him as a villain, quite possibly attempting to take control of Gotham City, or we could see him in a completely different role, as he could become the new Batman and attempt to fight the surviving villains that will most likely be causing chaos in Gotham.

Until more information is released, we can only hypothesise how the future seasons of Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League will go and who we will meet. But if this leak is true and the game sadly won’t become interesting until its third season, then there is most likely a rough release up ahead for the game.
