DCU CEO Peter Safran has high words of praise for Jason Momoa and is a self-proclaimed fan of the Aquaman star’s discipline and work ethic. Safran, in a prior interview, gushed about Momoa and his professionalism, saying,

Speaking of Momoa’s future as Aquaman and the possibility of the star taking on another role, Safran added,

I look forward to working with Jason for many years to come. I would be happy for it to be in Arthur Curry’s world, but if/when another opportunity came up, I’d find another great character for him to create.”

The “other” character that Safran was possibly referring to is speculated to be Lobo, the intergalactic bounty hunter who appears in DC Comics. But Safran, along with his professional partner and co-head of DC, James Gunn have already put an end to the rumors by clearly stating that Jason Momoa will not be considered to play any other DC superhero while he continues his journey as Aquaman.
