Jujutsu Kaisen season 2 episode 22, ‘Metamorphosis,’ featured one of the most controversial scenes of 2023. The scene featured Grade One Jujutsu sorcerer Mei Mei and his brother Ui Ui. It featured the former in bed with her little brother. Mei Mei asked him whether they should sleep together. Hearing this, her little brother becomes a little uncomfortable and replies that it will be inappropriate. Mei Mei extended the conversation by asking him whether he hates her when she is improper.

Ui Ui could not answer since Mei Mei got out of bed due to a phone call. There has always been a power dynamic in play between the sister-brother relationship.
