The 4th of October this year will mark the 17th anniversary of Budokai Tenkaichi 3. If Bandai Namco does not end up releasing Dragon Ball: Sparking! Zero by then, there would be a lot of speculation for the title to come out around the same date as the 17th anniversary of the previous title.
