Chapter 102 teased a sparring session between Son Goku and Gohan in their most potent form. Dragon Ball Super chapter 103 revealed the first look of the sparring session, and the fans could feel the heat from the battle between father and son.
Goku Vs. Gohan Has Everyone’s Attention
Dragon Ball chapter 102 saw Carmine, one of the existing members of the Red Ribbon Army, put forward a plan that led Gohan to unleash his Beast mode. Sensing the energy, Goku soon teleported to the scene to know where the massive surge was emitting from. Goku identified it was Gohan’s ki and proposed a father-son battle. The chapter ended there, leaving the fans on a cliffhanger.
Dragon Ball chapter 103 is named “Inheriting the Future,” and will show the full extent of the battle. The chapter is scheduled to release on March 21, 2024. But before its release, a limited-time storyboard preview featuring the beginning of the chapter was released on the official website of Dragon Ball. The panels were still raw, but it was clearly understood that an intense battle was going on. Both parties exchanged a few blows as a workout.
Then, one of the Gohan’s attacks sends Goku flying and crashing through a mountain. He brushed himself up and was feeling excited to fight Gohan in his most potent form. Soon, he teleported and attacked Gohan from behind. Even though it was only the beginning, the fans were more than charged up to see them fight. They are eagerly waiting to read the entire chapter and taste the fight’s climax.
Dragon Ball Super’s Popularity Has Been Steadily Rising
The Dragon Ball Super anime went on a hiatus in 2018 while it was at the peak of its popularity. It took a massive toll on its popularity.
