It was previously mentioned by The Rock that if Seth Rollins and Cody Rhodes manage to win WrestleMania 40 Night 1, then there would be no interference from the Bloodline in the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship match on Night 2. But if they lost, Johnson promised that there would be interference from the Bloodline in the Night 2.
Now it is reported that Dwayne Johnson has used his power as the TKO board member to introduce a devastating stipulation to the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship. As reported by a former pro-wrestler Joseph Albanese revealed that in case Rhodes loses to Reigns in Night 2, he would never get another chance at the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship.

While it remains to be seen who wins the upcoming match between the four renowned WWE stars, The Great One does not want to leave a single chance to end Cody Rhodes, especially after his humiliating slap at the promo.
Why did Cody Rhodes slap Dwayne Johnson?
The fans witnessed one of the coldest moments at the main event promo when the Black Adam actor went a bit too personal against the American Nightmare and even called him “a mistake”. The latter responded with a hard slap on his face. The event immediately went off-air following the incident.
The slap was not only a reply to Dwayne Johnson’s insults to Rhodes but also to the incident that occurred at the WrestleMania XL kick-off press event. In that event, The Rock also slapped the Stardust on his face which led to a potential brawl between the Bloodline and Rhodes and Rollins.

However, it was later revealed in clips shared on the internet that Johnson maintained his cool and left the ring.
