It is finally here! The Elden Ring DLC reveal trailer that we have all been waiting for has finally been announced on the official Twitter/X account for the game. Gamers around the world have been eagerly awaiting this announcement, and now that it is finally here, we can stop guessing what could be coming in this highly anticipated DLC.
So far, we do not know what will be shown during this reveal trailer, whether it be an official release date, certain locations, or even a story trailer, but rest assured, we will finally be getting some information regarding the Shadow of the Erdtree DLC.

It has been nearly two years since the initial release of Elden Ring back in February 2022, and for months gamers have been speculating that we would receive some news regarding the Shadow of the Erdtree DLC, relatively close to the game’s second-year anniversary.
Now we know that these theories were accurate, as it has been announced that the reveal trailer for the Shadow of the Erdtree DLC will be on February 21st at 07:00 PST, 15:00 UTC, 16:00 CET, and February 22nd at 00:00 JST.
Even though gamers have been waiting two years for this DLC and have been hoping that it will finally be released sometime within this month, they will at least take the first reveal trailer that could provide us with some sort of insight as to when we could receive this highly requested DLC.
To add to the hype, a link to the official Elden Ring YouTube channel has also been linked on this post, which takes gamers directly to the reveal trailer, which is set to premier at its specified times around the world, which already has thousands of gamers waiting even though they still have many hours to wait.
Since This Is the “First” Gameplay Reveal Trailer, We Can Only Assume There Will Be More in the Future
If you are looking to go into Elden Ring’s first DLC completely blind, be warned that this gameplay reveal trailer will not be suited towards you, as this trailer will likely feature some of the locations, enemies, and potentially even some weapons that we could access once this DLC finally drops.
One major fact about this announcement is that this gameplay reveal trailer has been described as the “first” trailer we will receive regarding the Shadow of the Erdtree DLC. Sadly, this does remove the chance that a shadow drop announcement could be waiting at the end of the trailer.
However, if we are to receive any indication as to when to expect this DLC, this will be the perfect time to do it, as gamers are incredibly eager to know when this content will finally reach their games, and hopefully it won’t be too long of a wait.
