The player said that they bought the game seven years ago and that these demands were “over the top.” They said that they tracked all the details and submitted them, but the developer support asked for an email from a “big tech company like Gmail” as they submitted a custom domain, which was refused.

The player said that they tried to create another email address on their domain, were successful, and can purchase the game, proving that the company has been lying to them. They said that they are not able to trust this company and warned others as well.

Other players have alleged that the company does not have dedicated support and uses a skeleton crew support and this has been known for a while. What are your thoughts about this allegation on Escape from Tarkov developer? Let us know in the comments.
