Jessica Alba Wants Her Funeral to be a Celebration With Tequila Shots
During an interview with NME, Jessica Alba expressed the desire for her funeral to be a celebration instead of a depressing event. Talking about the song she wants to be played at her funeral, the actress shared a traditional mariachi song.
“There’s this mariachi song I grew up listening to that would be good – it’s called ‘La Charreada,'” she said. However, that’s not the only thing she has in mind to turn it into a celebration of her life. The Good Luck Chuck actress further shared that everyone at her funeral would have to take tequila shots. Alba said,
“That’s so depressing – I want [my funeral] to be like a celebration, so maybe not so depressing. Everyone would have to take shots of tequila, for sure.”
The Fantastic Four star has been notably candid about her love for tequila, as she has disclosed enjoying a combination of nachos and tequila. She has also said that the beverage has also been helpful when filming intimate scenes for her movies.

Jessica Alba Needed Tequila Shots Before Filming Intimate Scenes
During an appearance on The Skinny Confidential Him & Her Podcast, the Honey actress shared that she needed to take the help of tequila to film the love scenes in her movies. Alba shared that she found them “disgusting” as she usually had to film such sequences with strangers.
“It’s disgusting most of the time because they are usually a stranger,” she shared. The host of the podcast, Lauryn Evarts Bosstick, echoed her sentiment and said, “I would have to have a shot of tequila.” Alba also shared that sometimes these scenes take hours and even days to film, saying, “Sometimes it’s days and days” of filming the same thing from different angles.
