Anthony Mackie Is Disappointed About The Falcon and the Winter Soldier
The 2021 series was one of the first few series that the MCU released post Avengers: Endgame. With WandaVision taking the lead in the television world, The Falcon and the Winter Soldier lagged a bit behind but was no doubt, a good series.
In a recent interview with RadioTimes and the One More Life Podcast, Mackie talked about starring in the MCU show. Stating that since the show wasn’t renewed for a second season, Mackie revealed that he is disappointed and has one regret about the unborn second season.
“The Falcon and [the] Winter Soldier, I really enjoyed doing that show. I was actually excited to do a second season, just so me and Sebastian [Stan] can get paid to hang out. Because it’s like me, him and Daniel Brühl. It’s kind of like the perfect storm of happiness.”
And Anthony Mackie is indeed right since Falcon, Bucky Barnes, and Helmut Zemo did make an incredible trio who had their fair share of funny moments in The Falcon and the Winter Soldier. With Mackie starring in the 2023 show Twisted Metal, the star revealed in a separate interview that he was never good at the game.
Anthony Mackie Never Won a Battle In Twisted Metal!
