Both creatives explained how they have approached the lore, and their very different perspectives on taking fan feedback and applying it to the TV show.

Fans are having a great time with almost every new video game adaptation. With Fallout, the same thing has happened, with an amazing reception from the fandom and critics. The team behind the project created a series perfectly suited to the gaming franchise, with all the necessary details included.

The idea for this series was to introduce a whole new vault with never-before-seen characters who will have their own journey to discover life on the surface after the nuclear disaster. The villain/antagonist has a fantastic backstory, which moves the plot forward and makes the script feel much more real.

In a recent interview, both Howard and Nolan talked about how they approach reviews and fan theories about the series. However, they have very different ways of seeing things. Howard said,

But I think you have to be a little careful because if you read too much, it could even subconsciously start to steer the ship a little bit in different directions.

Aside from the different opinions regarding how fans craft theories and thoughts, both responsible parties for the series’ success agreed that it was gratifying to see people’s reactions and the good reception the series had.

This combo was an extraordinary decision to make Fallout the best adaptation possible. Fans agreed that the series’ world-building was on point and the story was amazing.

The Fallout TV show exists after the events of all the games that have been released to date. Bethesda has already confirmed that it is working on the fifth installment of this saga of games, and is developing several new IPs as well.

Prime Video has now officially confirmed that the show will be receiving a second season. This is unsurprising based on its strong reception among fans and critics alike.
