Netflix’s Daredevil series created a legacy that no Marvel show has been able to replicate. Ending far too soon and breaking the fans’ hearts in the process, the series was perfect in every way. Charlie Cox’s character has a perfect arc, a story that had been building up for three seasons to a climax that gave us a fight like nothing ever seen before.

The third season of the show provided one of the most fantastic forms of storytelling, showcasing the race for power between Daredevil, Kingpin, and Bullseye, and their personal conflicts getting in their own ways.

Bullseye, as a character, did not live up to his title as the archenemy of Daredevil, being puppeteered by Wilson Fisk throughout the majority of his time on the show. It would seem that the reboot, Daredevil: Born Again, will change this significantly.

After it was announced that Wilson Bethel will be returning as in this role, pictures of him on set have leaked. Unfortunately, these have elicited quite a negative reaction from fans, who were not expecting his suit to look like this.

Pictures Of Bullseye On The Set Of Daredevil: Born Again Have Leaked

JustJared released leaked pictures from the set of Daredevil: Born Again that finally gave fans the first look at Wilson Bethel’s Bullseye in this series. The actor is seen wearing a navy suit and what looks like a ski mask over his face. He also has a holster on with a gun in it. These pictures have gotten some very negative reactions from fans, who are not happy with the lack of comic accuracy in this suit.

Many have compared the suit to look like Tom Holland’s Spider Monkey suit in Spider-Man: Far From Home, asking why Marvel would make such a bad-looking suit for a character as iconic as this. Many are upset that it is not the comic-accurate suit, which is also navy-colored but has white stripes all over it and a bullseye logo on his forehead. However, many fans have commented on the possibility that this is not the final suit of this character, being a prototype instead.

Fans Defend Marvel After The Pictures Receive Backlash

Many fans have far too much belief in Marvel’s capabilities to believe this to be the final suit for Bullseye. They do not think that the franchise would make a mistake as big as this, offering up an explanation for the suit instead. They believe that the suit has to be an early prototype for his final suit, as the character of Benjamin Poindexter makes a comeback as a villain.

They also added that there would be absolutely no way that Marvel would allow Bullseye’s final costume to not have his iconic logo on his forehead. These theories can be backed by the fact that in this picture, he is seen with a gun in his hand that has a silencer on it. Stealth and being silent with his attacks have never been Bullseye’s style, leading to the possibility that he hasn’t fully become himself yet.
