Stellar Blade is currently one of the most hyped games that are releasing for PlayStation 5. Fans everywhere are pretty hyped for this hack-and-slash action game. Like any game out there, this one has its own selling point too. For one, this game has some very beautiful visuals. Secondly, its combat mechanics are as fun as they can get, and lastly, there’s the conversation about its protagonist, Eve.

Eve is popular mainly for her looks; fans all over the internet agree that she looks exceptional. But there are others who suggest that a character looking like Eve should not be the main focus of a game. While this debate goes on, there’s a third group that suggests that there’s another character who looks much better than Eve.

Fans have suggested that Tachy is a better-designed character than Eve in Stellar Blade

Character design and the opinion one has about it are completely subjective. Some would like how a character looks in a video game, and others would not. This has happened a bunch of times, and people have talked in detail about the effectiveness of character design in video games.

Years ago, when Metal Gear Solid: V launched, fans could not help but notice that a character in that game called Quiet was pretty interesting. She wears very revealing clothes, but when game director Hideo Kojima was asked to comment on this character, he suggested that there’s a good reason for how she looks.

Eventually, it turned out that she was part of an experiment, and she was only able to breathe through her skin; hence, she had such a revealing outfit. Yet she became one of the most iconic characters in the Metal Gear Solid series of games.

Eve fans have found something else; she is even better looking than Quiet, and she wears full clothes. But some people around the internet are not fans of her proportions. They say they are too unrealistic.

Yet, some fans of Stellar Blade have suggested there’s another character that looks better than Eve which is based on Korean Model Shin Jae-eun. They suggest that the character Tachy, who is sort of a mentor to Eve, has a much better design than that of Eve. They have decided that Tachy looks more badass than Eve.

Tbh I would have preferred Tachy over Eve in Stellar Blade. Her design is so badass. Reminds me of a bee.

This goes to show that players mostly don’t care about how revealing a character’s outfit is in a game. They just want to control a badass-looking character and defeat some menacing-looking enemies. This game gives them almost all of those things, without a doubt.

One thing fans must understand is the fact that it makes sense for Tachy to look more badass than Eve. After all, she is Eve’s mentor and a more celebrated warrior than her. This means her armor, her design, her weapon, and her fighting style would all be better than this game’s main protagonist.

Then again, it’s all very subjective; some like one thing, others like something else. But one thing is for sure: this game will be a massive success when it launches later this month.
