Could the Rockstar logo be key to the upcoming announcement as it has been in the past?

Previously Rockstar have made announcements of new major titles after it has changed its logo. Take for example, the announcement of Red Dead Redemption 2, back in 2016. Prior to the announcement, Rockstar had changed their logo to a red background with the company logo front and centre. Although the game didn’t release until 2018, this logo was the confirmation for fans that the game was in its final stages and Rockstar carried this up to release.

This could be more speculative than anything but it should be noted that when Rockstar launched GTA 5, they simply tweeted a link to their website which consisted of the GTA 5 logo. And following this, was the official announcement a few days later.

Not only that but comments from Actor Bryan Zampella have certainly excited fans who have picked up on them.

Rumour that GTA 6 will feature Bryan Zampella

GTA 6 will
It’s been a decade since GTA 5 and fans are desperate for the next instalment

Bryan Zampella has been dropping massive hints on his Instagram page that he may be about to playing one of the main protagonists in GTA 6, ‘Jason’. In various videos he is seen walking about in a Hawaiian shirt, which is certainly very similar to the one worn by Tommy Vercetti in Vice City.

And in a recent Instagram Live broadcast with former Rockstar developer Joseph L Rubino, Rubino happened to bring up an unannounced title they’re both working on and Zampella joked about stealing cars. Now we can only assume that he’s making reference to the GTA 6 title, given how big a part of the Grand Theft Auto experience this plays.

Not only this but Zampella mentions about jetting down to Miami, which further alludes to the Vice City rumours.

Whilst this may be seen by many as a simple trail of breadcrumbs by Rockstar, it’s certainly got the gaming community sitting up and taking notice. It’s been a decade since GTA 5 was released and although it is regarded as the greatest instalment of the Grand Theft Auto series, fans are crying out for a fresh title. You hear that Rockstar? Give the fans what they want!!

This news for GTA 6 will certainly provide fans of the franchise with a renewed sense of excitement. If they needed any at all. We’ve certainly got our fingers crossed that the signs from Rockstar are pointing to an imminent announcement. But what’s your thoughts? Get in touch and let us know!
