Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse has officially been released in theaters across the world. With Hailee Steinfeld voicing the character of Ghost-Spider and portraying the role of Kate Bishop in Hawkeye, the actress clearly knows the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
In an interview, the actress was asked the question to pick her favorite Spider-Man actor. The options were Tobey Maguire, Andrew Garfield, and Tom Holland. Steinfeld surprisingly did not pick Tom Holland as her answer!

Hailee Steinfeld has been a part of Marvel since 2018 when she voiced the character of Gwen Stacy in Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse. Although the movie was an animated one, Steinfeld had plenty of knowledge of the MCU.
The actress later found herself portraying the role of Kate Bishop in the 2021 series Marvel’s Hawkeye. With quite a knowledge of the MCU, the actress recently talked about the best Spider-Man actor in the MCU. It was speculated that the actress would pick Tom Holland but the actress opted for another!
“I would say as far as growing up…Tobey [Maguire], for sure.”
Not selecting Tom Holland was quite unexpected but Hailee Steinfeld indeed had her reasons for selecting Tobey Maguire. Being the original Peter Parker back in the early 2000s, the actor has been quite near and dear to millions of people worldwide. As per the reports, the actor is still revered as one of the greatest, and his Spider-Man character has had a huge impact on the lives of people!
Hailee Steinfeld Praises Jeremy Renner For His Recovery!
As per the reports, Steinfeld recently met with Jeremy Renner to ask him about his health. The actress praised how unbelievably strong the Mayor of Kingstown actor is and was quite shocked by Renner’s speedy recovery and his efforts.
“I mean, if there is a real-life superhero in anyone, it is that man. I am just so beyond grateful to see how well he’s doing. He is just so unbelievably strong. The amount of strength and bravery and courage that he has had through his whole recovery and healing process has just been astounding. I was able to see him a few weeks ago, and again, he’s a freaking superhero,”
With her role as Ghost-Spider in the Spider-Verse, Hailee Steinfeld can be seen alongside Daniel Kaluuya and Shameik Moore in the 2023 movie. Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse is currently screening in theaters across the world for audiences to see.
