Even famous celebrities like Michael B. Jordan have experienced the wrath of bullies in school. The Creed star finally got his chance to exact revenge on his former classmate in public when they spoke at an interview.
Fans supported Jordan and admired him for how he handled the encounter which left the interviewer getting defensive in front of the camera. The former classmate denied the allegation, so what really happened between the two of them?
Michael B. Jordan Claps Back At His Bully In Front Of The Camera
During an interview with The Morning Hustle, host Lore’l spoke with Michael B. Jordan and quipped that they were former classmates. She said, “We know each other, we go way back all the way to Chad Science in Newark.”
The actor immediately reacted and said, “Corny kid, right?” referencing to a comment the host allegedly made on a podcast show. In her defense, she retorted:
“I did not say that; misquoted for sure. No, you did not hear me say, I said we used to make fun of the name but yeah, he is obviously killing things out here.”
All of the drama started after the 2021 episode of The Undressing Room Podcast with Eva Marcille and Dominique da Diva. Actually, it was da Diva who made the ‘corny’ comment:
“I think that Michael B. Jordan is just like a nice corny guy, and I don’t mean that as a slight, right? I mean we all know that the nice corny guys treat you the best.”
Lore’l added that she made fun of Jordan back in school because of his name, and then she later acknowledged that he’s a big movie star now.
“To be honest with you, we teased him all the damn time because his name was Michael Jordan, like let’s start there, and he was no Michael Jordan. And then, he also would come to school with headshot. We lived in Newark, like that’s the hood. We would make fun of him like, ‘What you gotta do with your little stupid headshots?’ and now look at him.”
The Black Panther actor clearly has never forgotten those mean comments, but he used those to improve himself and propel his career.

The way he was looking at her with his eyes, he definitely remembered her and wasn’t about to let her try and slide in with the “we go way back” like they were friends. Forgive but you honestly never forget things like that.

The thing about bullies is, it is just a regular day for them, they will probably never remember what they did…but victims of bullies never forget. In fact, for some, it changes the trajectory of their lives.
