What makes Malevelon Creek so daunting?
Out of all the planets you can fight on and conquer in Helldivers 2, Malevelon Creek has some of the most unpredictable and challenging enemies you can find in the game. These merciless bots come in different shapes and sizes. Some of them carry literal chainsaws and flamethrowers, while others shoot from a distance.
Moreover, the missions here can require certain strategies from the squad to truly get through. For instance, certain locations on the map can completely block/jam your stratagems and map functioning. Hence, they’ll automatically become a priority to destroy before you can move on with the rest of the objectives.
Sometimes, even Ion Storms can randomly serve as an obstacle in your progression and do the same. These are just the beginning of problematic scenarios you can encounter in Malevelon Creek.
