With Dwayne Johnson becoming a board member of the TKO group, The Rock has some powers to his name. Charging as an authoritative figure, The Rock threatened Seth Rollins that he could take the title of the World Champion away from him and according to a source, Triple H is also allegedly involved in the scene!
Is The Rock Threatening WWE Stars Now?
Let us make our points a bit more clearly. This could all be a part of a script. Well. script or not, The Rock did really threaten WWE stars about abusing his power as a board member of the TKO group. In a recent Smackdown event, Dwayne Johnson reminded Seth Rollins and Cody Rhodes who’s boss.
During their talks, Johnson reminded the two wrestlers that since he is a board member of the TKO group, he can abuse his powers. The Rock threatened Seth Rollins that he could take the World Heavyweight Championship Title away from him! In an episode of the Busted Open Podcast, Mark Henry and Dave LaGreca discussed Triple H potentially getting involved in the scene!
“The Rock basically said I’m gonna make that go away. Basically, threatening Seth Rollins saying, ‘Hey man, I can take the World Championship and just make it go away because I’m a boss and I’m a board member. “
He further continued,
“He’s even saying that he is higher than the WWE, the TKO is higher than the WWE and he’s on the board of TKO, which makes him stronger than the WWE. If I’m Triple H, I’m taking exception to that,”
As the interview continued, Mark Henry further talked about how there would be some severe consequences to Dwayne Johnson’s words and the matter wouldn’t subside so easily.
Mark Henry Thinks Triple H Is Not Gonna Stay Silent!
Since Triple H is the current man in charge, it is natural that the wrestler would have to get involved in the whole matter. Although the dispute is between a WWE star and a TKO member, Mark Henry thinks that Triple H is not going to stay silent on this matter.
“Yes, I am. Yes, I am. And don’t think for one second that there won’t be some consequences and repercussions, as they say in life, about this whole ordeal, Dave. Triple H is not gonna lay down. He’s not. And he’s gonna show The Rock that you might wanna edit your words. So, we’ll see.”
It may or may not be a part of the script but what seems apparent is that the people are interested. With The Rock threatening the abuse of his power, it could be a possibility that the decision would end in a showdown (which the people always wanted).
