The length of his posts is the metric to identify whether or not the Japanese director enjoyed, unlike his brief review of Madame Web which speaks volumes that Kojima was not satisfied like the rest of the fans.

Marvel Studios went all out with Deadpool & Wolverine and gave the fans what they have asked for the past two decades. Kojima commented on Hugh Jackman’s physique and reminisced about his earlier days in the X-Men franchise handled by Fox years ago, and his reaction is extremely relatable.
The director even made a connection with his Death Stranding franchise, as actress Shioli Shinkawa also made a brief appearance as Yukio, reprising her role from the last Deadpool movie. Perhaps this can be a way for Kojima to make new friends and add him to his next project, like Jeffrey Dean Morgan potentially appearing in Death Stranding 2: On the Beach through a mutual friend.
Marvel Studios’ Deadpool & Wolverine Is Perfect for a Video Game Adaptation From Kojima Productions
Kojima is focused on directing the original stories he conceived; there is no denying that the multiverse aspect of the Marvel Cinematic Universe could be a perfect match for the director’s creative vision. Kojima could get involved and develop a spinoff project or a loose adaptation of the film to maximize the multiverse tool for expansion.
Kojima was excited about the film and shared the official poster on his Instagram. It speaks volumes about this movie’s impact and influence.
Movies and video games are now on par with the quality of story-telling. Perhaps the lines between the two will blur even more.
