After Netflix’s One Piece Live Action broke the myth of failures for anime live adaptations, there has been an ongoing trend of anime live adaptations. After watching their bitter rival’s success, Naruto also announced a live adaptation. Yoshihiro Togashi mentioned a decade ago that he was fine with the concept of live-action. So, fans are waiting for the franchise to extend into the live-action business also.

During an interview, the creator of Yoshihiro Togashi was asked to give his views on the movie. He answered by saying that it felt strange. He said that Hunter x Hunter is like his child, and the feeling of watching it on the big screen is like his child performing at a recital. Yoshihiro Togashi also said, “Though in my case, my manga is not my child but is a part of me as an individual, so how it is viewed doesn’t bother me. But with the T.V. anime and movie, it is exciting.”

Even though he tried to continue after recovering, the pain returned, and he had to go into rehab again. Being a mangaka, he does not want to disappoint his fans.
