Pascal has garnered attention online, often being affectionately referred to as the ‘Daddy’ of the Internet, a term he attributes to his portrayal of loving and caring father figures in his roles. Pedro Pascal also sometimes uses that as a form of method acting, as he has his own take on method acting as a whole and it is very fresh.

I’m always confused by the way “Method acting” is termed. I think everyone has a method, and I admire, even envy, those that have more rigorous ones. It’s always important to read a room, but sometimes disrupting the room can help achieve something that serves the work. Anything under the conditions of decency works for me, and I always want to learn something new.

Pascal emphasizes the significance of reading a room, noting that occasionally disrupting it can serve the work’s purpose. He remains open to any approach within the bounds of decency and expresses a continuous desire to learn something new.

Pedro Pascal continues to grow with each and every role he gets and that is why he simply ages like fine wine right now. Judging by all the projects he has lined up for the next few years, fans are most definitely in for a treat for what he can accomplish in the world of cinema soon.

I think it’s becoming essentially a near certainty that we won’t be able to start [filming] when we were hoping to start, which is upsetting. We are all raring to go. This is what we are born to do. “This is how we not only choose to live our lives, but I believe [how we] are compelled to live our lives. Otherwise, why the hell would we do this insane job? I can assure you it’s not for money.”

Mazin revealed that the excitement was high as the script for the first episode had been written and submitted. Unfortunately, a strike disrupted their filming plans, leaving Mazin disappointed, though he emphasized their shared passion for the project. Because of these circumstances, it appears the show won’t be returning until 2024 or 2025.
