Answering the question if they prepared or rehearsed a lot for their scenes, the Mad Max star said, “A lot of alcohol.” Her co-star Oswalt described it as “acting juice” as he shared that they got along really well since their first table read for the film.

“We call it acting juice. We kind of got along right at the first table read,” the comedian shared. Theron also shared that she did not want to go through a rehearsal, and neither did the film’s director Jason Reitman. So they decided to get to it after two table reads that the directed conducted previously at his house.
