In an interview, the Last Christmas movie star shared her experience working in the show and what she learned from Game of Thrones. The British star shared a hilarious anecdote, as she claimed that her straight back posture across its eighth season was not her choice, but she tried convincing the showrunner David Benioff and Dan Weiss if she could change her pose.

“People often spoke about Khaleesi’s very straight back being very good posture. I was a terrified 22-year-old. My mama told me to sit up straight, so I did. And then you’re stuck with it. I didn’t know I was going to go on for 10 years,” Emilia Clarke explained.
