Over the past few weeks, the Helldivers 2 community has been trying its best to get rid of the toxicity within the community. These toxic players are ruining the entire community’s reputation but a recent Reddit post on the Helldivers 2 subreddit proves there are still supportive, wholesome players. In the post, a player announced that he is leaving behind Helldivers 2 as he wishes to spend more time with his kids in his free time.
In the Reddit post, the player also asked the community to go easy on Arrowhead devs. This message was directed towards players who are constantly bugging Arrowhead for new content. These players have only negative things to say about the game which only demotivates the devs.

The player’s last message for the community was to “chill out” as more and more players have started to criticize Arrowhead for lack of updates. The player pointed out that devs are trying their best and the last thing they need is “players being ungrateful and acting like spoiled children.” The toxicity in the Helldivers 2 community is a growing problem and to tackle this problem, players have started calling out all toxic players on social media.

Helldivers 2 may seem boring to some players at the moment but it is not like Arrowhead has no plans for the future. Very soon, players will be introduced to the game’s third rumored faction, the Illuminate, in a major update for the game. In this update, Arrowhead will definitely add new gear, weapons, and Stratagems.
Players recently got their hands on a new Stratagem and once again, there was criticism as some players found it underpowered. The community defended Arrowhead, stating that these toxic players don’t understand how the game works. Arrowhead devs have spent a lot of their precious time working on these new updates and these unnecessary critics only demotivate them.
