His Euphoria co-stars, like his fans, were in shock after the news of his death. As per reports, the actor was struggling with serious mental issues following his father’s death just a few weeks ago. After the tragedy struck, his co-stars in Max’s show including Zendaya paid homage to the actor.

Zendaya’s Heartfelt Tribute to Angus Cloud

Spider-Man star Zendaya’s character Rue Bennett has a close association with Fezco played by Angus Cloud, the duo appeared as close friends. His sudden demise left Zendaya and the co-stars devastated. Taking to Instagram on Tuesday, Zendaya remembered the actor in her heartfelt tribute with a black and white photo of Cloud.  “Words are not enough to describe the infinite beauty that is Angus (Conor),” Zendaya captioned. 

“I’m so grateful I got the chance to know him in this life, to call him a brother, to see his warm kind eyes and bright smile, or hear his infectious cackle of a laugh (I’m smiling now just thinking of it) I know people use this expression often when talking about folks they love…’they could light up any room they entered’ but boy let me tell you, he was the best at it.” 

Adding further, she wrote, “I’d like to remember him that way. For all of the boundless light, love, and joy he always managed to give us.” Zendaya also extends her condolences to Cloud’s mother and family, “I’ll cherish every moment. My heart is with his mother and family at this time and please be kind and patient as grief looks different for everyone.” Other cast-mates of the actor also mourned his death.

Creator Sam Levinson and Euphoria Stars Mourns

Recalling the aura of Cloud in and around the set. The show’s creator Sam Levinson said, “There was no one quite like Angus.” Talking to The Associated Press, the creator mourned the actor’s death. “He was too special, too talented, and way too young to leave us so soon,” Levinson said.

“He also struggled, like many of us, with addiction and depression. I hope he knew how many hearts he touched. I loved him. I always will. Rest in peace and God bless his family.”

Cloud’s co-star Sydney Sweeney took to Instagram to share a photo of them hugging in her tribute to the actor. “Angus you were an open soul, with the kindest heart, and you filled every room with laughter. This is the hardest thing I’ve ever had to post, and I’m struggling to find all the words,” she wrote in the caption adding that the “heartache is real” and her love for the actor will remain forever.

Javon Walton who plays Ashtray, Cloud’s on-screen brother in the show shared a picture of him and the late actor captioning, “forever family” with a heart emoji. Alexa Demie and Barbie Ferreira also mourned the absence of the actor. “I love you so much. you will be missed tremendously,” Ferreira wrote on Instagram while Demie posted a broken heart emoji against a black background. Zendaya’s on-screen sister Storm Reid wrote, “The tears just won’t stop” sharing a clip from the show.

Cloud breathed his last on 31 July in Oakland, California at his family home. As of now, the cause of death of the star is still unknown.
