Ever since the massive leaks in 2022, GTA 6 has been climbing the threshold of anticipation from fans and new players alike. Chris Marx, a popular games industry leaker, has recently given us some information regarding an official announcement by Rockstar.

GTA 6 Leaks, Rumours and Information – How Much Should We Believe Leakers?
Chris holds a reputation for giving out information based on sources that have been somewhat true in the past. While this account isn’t the most reliable, it has a track record for consistency.
According to one of their earlier tweets,
Grand Theft Auto VI’s PC version is set to launch simultaneously with its next-gen console counterparts. PC players will not face an additional year-long delay, ensuring that everyone can enjoy Grand Theft Auto VI by the early to mid-2025 timeframe.

Gta 6 – The Lack of Official Information From Rockstar Games
Ever since the game’s early-development footage got leaked in 2022, Rockstar has been hush-hush about anything related to the game. Fans were expecting a little something on the 10th anniversary of Grand Theft Auto V, but they were disappointed to see a bunch of cosmetics released in GTA Online as memorabilia to Franklin, Trevor and Michael from Grand Theft Auto V.
It has been almost five years since the release of Red Dead Redemption 2, the last AAA release from Rockstar Games. In all this time, the studio has kept the next Grand Theft Auto title under wraps, hopefully for good reason.
TakeTwo Interactive, Grand Theft Auto’s publisher, has hinted at a release timeline for GTA 6. TakeTwo is expecting their 2025 fiscal year to be a highly profitable one since they are expecting net earnings of around $8 Billion. That’s not a small number, and we all know the only game capable of bringing that kind of sales. While this report doesn’t give the exact date, it’s the closest to any official news we’ve heard about GTA 6 in recent times.
