Insomniac Games has proven to be one of the greatest game developers to adapt a superhero project. The developers profoundly care about these characters and the story they are trying to tell and take any inspiration outside the game industry like referencing two emotional feature-length films for the end of Marvel’s Spider-Man that resonated well with the gaming community.
Fans are optimistic that this new project will be made with the same effort and care. Perhaps the studio has made good progress after all the problems after the major breach in security where gameplay footage of the upcoming game leaked and plans for expansions in Marvel’s Spider-Man franchise.
It would make sense for the developer to take time with a high-profile character and give him the best video game adventure they can offer. The studio has set the bar high and has given the gaming community the golden standard of a great superhero game after previous successful projects.
The Patience of the Gaming Community for Marvel’s Wolverine Will Be Worth It
It is easy to forget that the game takes place within the same universe as Marvel’s Spider-Man, perhaps the developers are still figuring out how to have these different heroes and characters co-exist in the same world without necessarily having to bump into each other. Shared universes have their benefits and disadvantages, maybe a potential crossover is on the table.

Marvel Games did not make a mistake partnering with Sony for this new and exciting shared universe. Games under the PlayStation Studios banner are prime examples of greatness and quality gaming and fans need to be less skeptical about the final result.
