The iconic 2021 Amazon series Invincible can be dialed down in simple terms, as a kid having daddy issues. Except, his father is a psycho superhero, and he is a superhero, and they are both Viltrumites. But yeah, that’s pretty much the most dialed-down gist of the series.
We’re kidding. Of course, the series has much more depth to it than stated above and has multiple characters with spectacular storylines. Regardless, as per this theory, Mark Grayson might not be able to beat all the Viltrumites, but there is another superhero who can!
Mark Grayson May Not Be Strong Enough For The Viltrumites!
So to sum up the story of Invincible, we might have to face some superhero traumas alongside some daddy issues. To start off, Omni-Man (voiced by J.K. Simmons) is an alien from the race Viltrumites. That’s why he’s so powerful.
Upon arriving on Earth, Omni-Man’s son Mark Grayson finds that he too has powers and calls himself Invincible. Well, as turns out, Mark Grayson isn’t that invincible since the superhero has a long way to go and a lot to learn, but he’s not alone. Grayson is joined by a plethora of superheroes with interesting stories, powers, and different moral compasses.
This makes the decisions in the series more worthwhile and almost none of the characters are bland or feel two-dimensional. Joining Invincible and Omni-Man is the character of Samantha Eve Wilkins aka Atom Eve, and this theory states that she might just be strong enough to kill or defeat the Viltrumites!
Atom Eve May Be The Answer To Defeating Viltrumites!
For those of you who might have forgotten how awesome Atom Eve is, she can literally control inorganic and organic matter around her! Going down to a molecular level, she can turn an enemy into literal spaghetti (with the right atom configurations)!
With such furious powers to her name, the character of Atom Eve has been made nearly indestructible since anyone can literally turn to dust if they go too close to Eve. This also applies to Vilrumites (since they are also made of organic matter) and hence, Atom Eve would have no problem changing Viltrumites into rubber tires. The only exception would be the use of anti-matter over which Atom Eve currently does not have control.
But all things considered, Atom Eve could just be the perfect Viltrumite killing machine. On the other hand, Invincible has received a rating of 8.7/10 on IMDB and a whopping 99% on Rotten Tomatoes.
With two seasons to its name, Invincible is available to stream on Prime Video in the U.S.
