Pedro Pascal could have benefitted from Chris Evans’ call

Pedro Pascal has been portraying the role of a bounty hunter, Din Djarin,  in the Star Wars franchise. He enjoys a massive fan following for his excellent acting and dedication to the character. As per the demand of the role, he has shot the entire series wearing a helmet. The star feels that it would have been a great help if he could get some tips on playing such a role before he started the shoot.

The Kingsman: The Golden Circle actor could have taken assistance from another actor, who has been through a similar situation. It could be any actor who also wore a helmet or a hear gear for long durations on the set of their shoots.

Pedro Pascal was asked in an interview on BBC 1 Radio if he had spoken to any actor, who had extensive experience wearing headgear during production. He was particularly asked if he connected with Chris Evans. He plays the character of Captain America in the MCU and does not wear a full mask like Pascal, but his eyebrows are hidden due to the headgear.

Pedro Pascal’s voice transformation for The Mandalorian was not easy

Pascal’s helmet covers almost his entire face; hence, his performance relies on his voice. However, speaking as The Mandalorian is also not easy as it is not his usual tone. It may seem like his normal voice for the fans, but it’s still not easy for the star to transform his voice for the character. He shared,

For three seasons of the show, Pascal had to perform wearing the helmet as the character could never remove it. However, the actor found his way through it to ensure he did not have to wear the armor and helmet.

In an interview at the Round Table Conference of The Hollywood Reporter, Pedro Pascal shared,

“There was an extended amount of experimentation, being in the suit for a lot of it, and frankly, my body wasn’t up for the task as far as, like, the four months of it. But I was in it. I was in it a significant amount, an elastic amount [he pretends to tug at his neck, where the suit would chafe]. But now we’ve figured it out, which is super cool, and amazingly, it gave me the opportunity to be able to go and do something else.”
