Christopher Nolan is known for making movies that take a bit of time, multiple viewing, and often a some research to really understand and appreciate. Even his latest potential Oscar-winner movie, Oppenheimer was a history and science lesson. Yet when it comes to his 2020 science fiction thriller, Tenet, there must be a separate group of elite people who managed to successfully understand it.

Based on the concept of time inversion and a conspiracy on time manipulation, it is certainly 10 times harder to understand than Marvel’s time heist! The movie’s non-linear narrative and ambiguous characters further make it frustrating to make sense of the highly acclaimed film.

But Ayo Edebiri, star of the hit series The Bear seems to have understood the movie what even the majority of Christopher Nolan’s self-proclaimed die-hard fans have failed to understand. On the red carpet of the recently held SAG Awards, the actress was asked by Access Hollywood what she would say to her younger self seeing what she has achieved and the actress stated,

“I would say nothing to her, obviously, just because of the rules of time travel… I’ve never been visited by myself in the future, and so I think if that happened to me, I would not make the decisions. You understand, It’s Tenet logic.”

The actress’ clever response certainly delighted her fans, prompting many to remark on her multifaceted talent as a successful actress, comedian, and television writer.
