Léa Seydoux Finds It Strange That Tom Cruise Has Never Won An Oscar
Léa Seydoux is a French star known for her work in both the French industry and Hollywood. Recently, she has been a part of some huge movies like No Time To Die, Dune Part Two, and Spectre. In 2011, she was in the cast of Tom Cruise’s Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol and garnered praise for her role.
Recently, Seydoux was a guest of Konbini and visited one of the last video stores in France. She picked up a copy of the original Mission Impossible (1996) and then expressed her surprise at the fact that Cruise is still yet to win an Oscar.
“I’m a big Tom Cruise fan. To do something as subtle as “Eyes Wide Shut” and to also make an action film like this one, it’s mind blowing. He’s a major actor. it’s very strange to me that he has never won an oscar. He’s the biggest star in the world. It is safe to say Seydoux is not the only one who thinks Cruise deserves an Oscar for his contribution to the industry. Whether or not he will end with one is a question only time can answer.
