Minecraft is the latest video game to be receiving the live-action adaptation treatment as it is taking its blocks and packing up as it embarks on a new journey toward Hollywood, veteran actor Jack Black will not only be lending his voice like he did with The Super Mario Bros. Movie and his upcoming Borderlands film but will be appearing in the flesh.
The actor is always game for something creative, fun, and original, the Academy snubbed his performance of Peaches in the Nintendo movie despite the popularity, but Black has gone on record and said he will sing once again in Minecraft.
