Saltburn revolves around the story of a master manipulator and psychotic murderer, Oliver Quick, portrayed by Barry Keoghan, who manipulates a whole family into destroying themselves. In the movie, Oliver Quick and Felix Catton portrayed by Jacob Elordi attend the University of Oxford together.

After being manipulated by Oliver, Felix invites him to his family’s country house, Saltburn, to spend the summer together. However, Oliver Quick is a very disturbed and psychotic person who manages to get close to Felix Catton’s parents and then kills Felix, and manipulates his sister to kill herself.

Later, he acquires the ownership of the house and all of Catton’s family fortune by murdering his mother as well and the movie ends with Oliver dancing naked around the entire country house of Saltburn.
