Jessica Biel–Justin Timberlake’s reported prenuptial contract has caught the attention of fans after New York Daily News broke the news of the duo signing a contract. The contract holds Timberlake financially liable as he would have to spend half a million dollars if it comes to their divorce. Asset-protection attorney Ann-Margaret Carrozza has a clear picture of the situation as she explained the details of the contract to FOX Business.
“Reports of the Timberlake-Biel prenup infidelity clause in 2012 began a trend in so-called ‘lifestyle’ clauses within prenups, postnups, and cohabitation agreements. These clauses can deal with items of concern such as substance abuse, infidelity, weight gain, spending,” Carrozza said to the outlet.
In the contract, the lifestyle clause features the infidelity provision which according to Carrozza, is pretty common in such contracts which also denote love contracts. Such a clause may hold one accountable and financially liable upon separation. As of now, the boy band singer and actor holds a net worth of $250 Million (per celebrity net worth) and fortunately, his relationship with his wife is sustained so far.

After starring in Fisher Stevens’ Apple TV Plus triller Palmer, Timberlake, and Alisha Wainwright dating rumor sparked as the duo was seen to be pretty close. Timberlake made a public statement addressing the gossip with a sincere apology to his wife. “I stay away from gossip as much as I can, but for my family I feel it is important to address recent rumors that are hurting the people that I love,” the actor wrote on his Instagram (via Grazia Magazine)
“A few weeks ago I displayed a strong lapse in judgment (sic) — but let me be clear — nothing happened between me and my costar. I drank way too much that night and I regret my behavior. I apologize to my amazing wife and family for putting them through such an embarrassing situation, and I am focused on being the best husband and father I can be. This was not that.”
Working on Palmer, as the actor shared in the post, was a wonderful experience, “I am incredibly proud to be working on Palmer,” Timberlake said. “Looking forward to continuing to make this movie and excited for people to see it.” Palmer was a huge critical success and the audience also received the movie well but his involvement in the movie created an event that almost wracked Timberlake’s family.
