JK Rowling nearly brought Daniel Radcliffe to tears in an emotional video that stirred nostalgia among many Harry Potter fans.
On the Harry Potter red carpet, Rowling walked in an Oscar de la Renta gown. It was a stylish green dress with lovely pink flower details, perfectly matching her accessories. She began crying when she started her speech at the event. As the writer and the creator of Harry Potter said:
“But Dan has already said it: the stories we love best do live in us forever. So whether you come back by page or by the big screen, Hogwarts will always be there to welcome you home. So we’re gonna roll the film now, thankyou so much.”

Emma Watson (who was wearing a beautiful Oscar De La Renta gown) was the center of attention at the event. She got emotional after hearing Radcliffe and Grint talking about their time as Harry and Ron during their speeches.
The actress started shedding tears after her speech. She told Radcliffe, “You didn’t get lucky. You were and are the perfect Harry and will be forever,” and then found comfort in the shoulder of the film’s producer, David Heyman.
Daniel Radcliffe, as always, remained modest. He said, “I don’t think the end of the story happens tonight because each and every person who will see this film will carry this story with them through the rest of their lives.” Rupert Grint was the next to start crying.
