The series often foreshadowed how Sukuna had some sort of connection with the sorcerer.
However, it is now clear as day that both characters had a vengeful sibling rivalry as The King of Curses ate his brother in his mother’s womb so that he did not die of starvation. Akutami added this brutal touch to their art by drawing inspiration from Greek mythology, where the great Titan, Cronus ate all his children, out of fear that his children would follow his footsteps and kill their father like he did his own.
In a recent spoiler shared by @JotheoriesJJK on X, they stated, “A sorcerer devoured in the uterus essentially dies of natural death, I wonder if Sukuna’s brother has not first turned into a curse (a sorcerer k*lled without CE becomes a curse).” What if this was the curse that Kenjaku had been experimenting with in the past, and the cursed spirit made her give birth to a cursed spirit child.
This technique is called the Cursed Death Womb Paintings, which allows the child born from this technique to be a special grade. The spoiler fuels the theory because Sukuna ate his twin brother in his mother’s womb, resulting in his brother being reborn in the form of Itadori’s father. a theory ive heard is that one of the ryomen brothers was gifted with insane body feats but no CE while the other with insane amounts of CE but very weak body, sukuna devouring his twin gaining both. Maybe sukuna's brother was the no CE one

Kenjaku is Ashiya Domain the rival of Abe No Semei a sorcerer that sought immortality and to control spirits or demons. We don't know his true face and he has many names something similar to kenjaku brain swap CT and it's ability to give him pseudo immortality.
