However, at The Marvels Las Vegas premiere, the man himself confirmed that the Star Wars movie was not happening.

For years, the name Kevin Feige and MCU have been synonymous, and thus, the rumors of him leaving Marvel for good were kind of a shocker to people, especially to the MCU fans.

Kevin Feige Finally Breaks His Silence on the Rumors!
At the Las Vegas premiere of The Marvels, Kevin Feige himself cleared the air regarding all the fuss in a chat with Entertainment Tonight. The Boss Man revealed that his most anticipated Star Wars movie was, in fact, not happening.
Although he didn’t comment on anything other than this, people can now breathe a sigh of relief since there might be a chance that the rumor is simply just that, a rumor.

Although time will tell what Feige has planned for his career ahead, being a big Star Wars fan, the producer might not pass up an opportunity if presented in the future. As of now, he has confirmed that there isn’t such a project on the horizon.
