Logan star Dafne Keen is reportedly joining Deadpool 3.

Marvel has mostly kept the development details of Deadpool 3 under wraps but that does not stop the enthusiast fans to stop being curious. And to serve their needs the leaked reports surface to extend further hype. But there is no secret that the Ryan Reynolds starrer R-rated movie is going to have an MCU big bang as the movie starred multiple actors and brought a lot of stars back. As per the most recent report, Wolverine’s worthy successor— Logan’s daughter— X-23 played by Dafne Keen is coming back to MCU to join the cast of Deadpool 3.

Keen’s portrayal of the character in Logan has been well received by fans and critics and many hoped for the potential return of the character in the new dawn of the Logan Universe. But the odds of that happening now is still remarkably low but the characters are being called upon again for the new MCU movie even going extreme to resurrect the dead superhero, Wolverine.

Wolverine’s involvement in the movie is crystal clear now but the integration of multiple Fox characters is yet to be confirmed. But given the nature of the recent reports it is far too close to possibility as it could rewrite an engrossing farewell to Hugh Jackman’s Wolverine.

Deadpool 3 is reportedly involving the multiversal shenanigans toying with different time loops using Cable’s time travel gun. Wolverine is already seen on set with his classic comic-book-accurate yellow suit and there is a high probability of the appearance of more new characters from Deadpool’s alma mater, Fox Superhero Universe. But for fans, deleting the entire universe for a temporary appearance in another franchise has been quite upsetting. Despite the love for Hugh Jackman’s Wolverine, many believed that he was best at rest fearing messing up with the gravity of the character. The reaction has been the same for Keen’s X-23.

One user wrote on X about the promise not to mess up with the Logan movie.

Another stated that Keen’s appearance would be no big deal as anyone can appear and be killed similar to Multiverse of Madness.

One user is worried about the timeline.

Another simply mocked the decision.

As of now, unconfirmed reports of new actors joining the movie have created a huge buzz on the internet. As per several handles on X, other than Keen, Julian McMahon from Fantastic Four as Doctor Doom, Taron Egerton as another Wolverine Variant, Tom Hiddleston as Loki, Taylor Swift as Dazzler, Lewis Tan as Shatterstar are going to appear in Deadpool 3. But the studio is yet to address these rumors.

Deadpool 3 is scheduled for theatrical release on 3 May 2024.
