He also teased the cast of the film, stating that it will feature two Marvel actors.

Matthew Vaughn recently gave an interview on Happy Sad Confused, alongside Henry Cavill, where they spoke on many different topics. The host, Josh Horowitz, asked the filmmaker about the recent rumors of him working on a film and the Kickass director confirmed.
He started by saying that there is very little that he can tell the world about the film right now, however, he will be working as a producer on it. He stated that the film is very close to his heart for more than a few reasons.
“I have been producing a very very special movie. I’m very excited about it.” He went on, “What I can say is that it is a movie that is written directed, and starring my stunt team. It is a film like no other movie that has ever been made” He went on to also say, “We’re breaking some world records and it’s got 56 action sequences that are incredible.”
Vaughn is very passionate about advocating for more recognition for stunt people in Hollywood as a whole. It would seem that the film is the embodiment of that. He also stated that the movie will be unlike anything that has ever been made before, reinventing the action genre for the better.
The filmmaker also teased the movie has broken some world records and will feature a total of 56 action sequences, which is very high for any action movie.
Matthew Vaughn’s Secret Film Will Have An Exceptional Cast
One of the biggest things that will make the new Matthew Vaughn film unique is its cast. The filmmaker revealed that Marvel actors, Chris, Hemsworth, and Sam Rockwell will be starring in the film, and it will also have cameos from other celebrities who were not named. Along with this, it will also have a huge cast of stuntmen.
“It’s also got Chris Hemsworth and Sam Rockwell in it, plus some very very interesting cameos.” He stated, “It’s reinventing an action movie. A film where it is pretty extraordinary watching the stunt guys as they are acting and doing stunts at the same time and you’re not having to hide anything.”
The filmmaker elaborated, stating that through the addition of stunt people in his cast to this degree, he will make a kind of movie that has never been made before. One of the biggest reasons for this is the fact that usually action sequences have a lot of cuts in them to remove the existence of stunt people and make it seem as though everything is being done by a specific actor.
This step will be removed from the film, and all of the action will be raw and uncut, hiding nothing from the audience.
