As part of the update, Rockstar Games has introduced a brand new mode for those looking forward to a new challenge. Drag Races allow players to go against some of the best opponents in the city. Right when some players assumed that GTA Online couldn’t get any crazier, well, here’s the much-needed update.

At the start of a race, drivers can time their burnout right and earn additional bonuses. Furthermore, you can Quick Join these events directly from the menu instead of finding them in the open world. There’s more to keep in mind here, and Rockstar’s official website has you covered.

That’s not all. The update also brings new Salvage Yard targets for robbery, 2X rewards for Rhino Hunt and Auto Shop robbery contracts, and fresh offers at the Premium Deluxe Motorsport Showroom and Luxury Autos Showroom. All in all, it’s a great season for car lovers in the game.

While Fans Wait for GTA 6, the Online World of Los Santos Will Keep Them Busy

While we wait for the next game, there's a lot to do in Los Santos.
While we wait for the next game, there’s a lot to do in Los Santos.

Since GTA 6’s first trailer dropped at the end of last year, gamers around the globe have been eagerly waiting to hear more about what’s in the works. After all, Rockstar Games is a company that works mysteriously without giving us much information about upcoming projects. However, while fans of the series wait for more news, there’s plenty to do in GTA Online.

For starters, the online world of Los Santos offers a variety of things to build one’s empire on. There are import/export missions, drug businesses, contracts, and, of course, heists.

All of this can be played for free, even though the grind may take hours of a player’s time to eventually earn money that lets these things happen. Many of these activities can be enjoyed solo, but some require co-op play, which may put players in dicey situations.

While we’re not sure how GTA 6 will execute similar ideas, the universe of Leonida in the game will likely have similarities with how Los Santos works in an ongoing, online narrative. GTA 6’s businesses and heists will likely be a thing. In fact, it may even be an important part of the campaign. But first, it’s important to focus on the fact that Rockstar will keep supporting GTA Online for years to come.

Blending these two experiences may be an important decision for the company, but we’ll have to see how these things turn out. In the meantime, players can become kingpins or criminal masterminds in GTA Online, and that’s something you can always try out. What are your thoughts on the latest update for the game?
