The US Top 20 Adult Graphic Novels for December 2023 were released by ICv2 on January 12, 2024. Volume 13 of the manga series Chainsaw Man easily takes the top spot, suggesting that there is a significant demand for the book in the country. Shonen manga holds 17 out of the 20 spots on the book channel’s list of the Top 20 Adult graphic novels, making it the most popular genre.

Chainsaw Man Manga Volume 13 Features Yuko
The thirteenth volume of Tatsuki Fujimoto’s Chainsaw Man is titled Spoiler. It is the second book in Chainsaw Man’s second section. January 4 was the date of the release of the thirteenth volume. With the release of the new volume, which collects chapters 104–112, the number of copies in circulation of the series has surpassed 23 million.
Since October 4, 2022, when the 12th volume was released, this number has increased by 7 million, and the major credit for this goes to the 13th volume. The cover of the latest volume features Yuko, a high school student who is a member of the Devil Hunter Club and dreams of becoming a Devil Hunter.
After the class president, she is the second main adversary in the Justice Devil storyline. Yuko has a contract with the Fire Devil, who Yuko believes is the Justice Devil. The 13th volume features one of the most important and interesting storylines of Chainsaw Man.
Chainsaw Man Ranks 1 on U.S. Monthly Bookscan December List
Based on Circana (previously NPD) BookScan data for December 2023 which was posted by ICv2, the Top 20 Adult graphic novels on the book channel are mostly Chainsaw Man Shonen manga, with volume 13 at the top of the list.
Along with the first volumes of Chainsaw Man and Jujutsu Kaisen, the most recent two volumes of each are included in the chart. Additionally, the Chainsaw Man box set, which was number 20 on the October chart, returns at number 12.
My Hero Academia, Spy x Family, and One Piece were all on the list of the previous month, and now the first and most recent volumes are being visible on the chart of December 2023 as well. December has truly been the month of Manga volumes as evident from their rankings, and with the stories of almost all of the series taking an interesting twist, it is bound to increase further more.
