Garou was seen to talk about Saitama, about how he broke his limiters and attained unimaginable strength.

The motto of season 3 is ‘Supreme Power vs. Ultimate Fear.’ It is most likely signaling Saitama vs. Cosmic Garou. The upcoming season will be animated by Studio J.C. STAFF, the studio producing Food Wars. The teaser announced that the season is under production, and it will adapt the Monster Association arc, which will see the S-Class heroes take on the Monster Association. While the heroes will be busy fending off evil, Garou will attain his ultimate form.
Cosmic Garou vs. Saitama will see the latter getting serious. Fans have been wanting to see Saitama in a serious fight. Apart from Saitama, the fans had also become irritated that there were no strong enemies to challenge him. Hopefully, One Punch Man season 3 will fulfill that wish.
Saitama’s Hunt For A Strong Opponent Will Continue
The plot of One Punch Man revolves around Saitama, who aspires to become a hero to face strong opponents. He was a normal human by birth, but through rigorous physical training, he lost his hair but gained unimaginable strength. He became so strong that he could defeat every enemy in a single punch. This led him to get bored in search of a worthy opponent.

The teaser also revealed the visuals of the anime, and it looked pretty promising. More than Saitama, people are waiting to see Garou’s transformation. One Punch Man took a long to announce season 3, so the fans will have high expectations from anime.
ONE and Yusuke Murata will try to give their best, along with Studio J.C. STAFF. Even though there has been no mention of an official release date, most fans believe it to air before the end of 2024. Like the previous two seasons, it will also have 12 episodes.
