The SAG-AFTRA strike certainly brought Hollywood to its knees, as the film industry suddenly came to a standstill, despite announcing a number of highly exciting projects. But now, after the strikes reached an agreement, Pedro Pascal’s schedule flooded with a number of major projects that resumed as quickly as feasibly possible.
Not only his projects in the shooting but even a few new additions were added to Pedro Pascal’s schedule. The actor now seems to be handling a mind-boggling number of movies and shows that turn out to have a combined $77B franchise value. Pascal will clearly have a couple of rough years ahead of him.
Pedro Pascal’s 2024 Filming Schedule
Apart from his renowned role in Game of Thrones, Pedro Pascal earned global recognition and respect for his Disney+ series The Mandalorian. The show gained massive popularity and satisfied the viewers with its almost conclusive three-season run. However, right now after the SAG-AFTRA strike reached an agreement, Jon Favreau confirmed writing the fourth season.
Thus, fans can expect The Mandalorian season 4 to land in late 2024, perhaps around October/November, as per Good Housekeeping. Pedro Pascal is therefore set to reprise his role as Din Djarin in the show and begin his shooting as soon as possible. And certainly fans are more than excited for the show, but they are also curious to know how Pascal could possibly fit The Mandalorian among his other upcoming projects.

According to reports, the actor has Ridley Scott’s Gladiator 2 in line of his never ending projects. Scott and Pascal had been shooting the movie in Malta during the summer of 2023. But with the strikes wrecking Hollywood’s flow, the movie came to a halt. However, the film is now being taken into a priority position by Paramount Pictures, which puts Pascal in difficulty with a jam-packed schedule. Gladiator 2 is set to release on 22 November 2024, as per Collider.
Pedro Pascal’s Nightmarish Schedule For 2025
Well, The Mandalorian and Gladiator 2, is not all that Pedro Pascal has on his plate. According to reports, the actor is going to continue his nightmarish schedule well into 2025. After completing his work on Ridley Scott’s upcoming movie, Pascal will be focusing on his MCU debut.
According to Independent, the actor is circling the lead role of Reed Richards, aka Mr. Fantastic in the upcoming Fantastic Four reboot. Currently set for a May 2, 2025 release date from Disney, the MCU movie might introduce Pascal as a Marvel superhero. Given his internet-born fame, the actor will be undoubtedly appreciated in the lead role.
Certainly, this pushes him to have a tight schedule even in 2025. Apart from the MCU movie, Pedro Pascal also has his renowned series, The Last of Us which is gearing up for its second season. According to Esquire, the production of the upcoming season has been tentatively scheduled for early 2024, which pushes back the release date to 2025.
While fans await Pedro Pascal’s projects excitedly, the actor appears to have a jam-packed and tiring schedule ahead of him, for a couple of years.
