During her SNL debut monologue, the actor put her comedic chops to display, as in a self-deprecating manner, she stressed “People only see me as the girl who screams, cries and has s*x”.

Apart from introducing her real self, Sweeney stated that she had a five-point plan before heading into Hollywood, which involved “Audition, get an agent, do commercials and short films, then get my SAG Card”. But she also had a bold plan stored, which resulted in the audience bursting into laughter.

“I feel like people only see me as the girl on TV who screams, cries and has s-x. Sometimes it’s all three at the same time… I presented them with a five-point plan to break into acting. It was a PowerPoint presentation and I still have it. … It says, ‘Audition, get an agent, do commercials and short films, then get my SAG Card.’ But if that failed I also presented them with a backup plan, next slide,” which read “Show b–bs”.
