Gay Scene In Little Ashes Traumatized Robert Pattinson

In the biopic Little Ashes, Robert Pattinson starred as the famous artist Salvatore Dali, who has a passionate homos*xual romance with a Spanish artist. The film required Pattinson to do a steamy and graphic s*x scene with Spanish actor Javier Beltran, which ended up being a humiliating encounter that had the actor breaking down on set. Recalling the scene, The Batman star said,

“Here I am, with Javier [Beltrán], who plays Lorca, doing an extremely hard-core s*x scene, where I have a nervous breakdown afterwards. The hardest part was trying to do it doggie-style.”

The project is an adaptation of Edward Ashton’s novel and is said to be a cerebral thriller similar to The Martian or Dark Matter.
