Avengers: Endgame has completed its five-year anniversary. Guardians of the Galaxy star Chris Pratt took a moment to celebrate one of the grandest MCU movies of all time with a video from the set of the Russo Brothers’ 2019 movie that closed the chapter of the Infinity Saga.
The actor was nostalgic while sharing the video that featured the roster of MCU stars as they ensemble for the final battle against former MCU big bad of Infinity Saga, Thanos. The movie was of epic proportion, a grand narrative propelling MCU’s mightiest heroes to fight against the near impossible battle against the Mad Titan. Many fans have still not recovered from the effects of it.
Chris Pratt Celebrates 5 Years of Avengers: Endgame
Chris Pratt, who played Peter Quill a.k.a. Star-Lord in MCU’s Guardians of the Galaxy trilogy directed by James Gunn appeared in several other movies beyond the trilogy, which includes the final movies of the Infinity Saga. The actor has recently shared a behind-the-scenes video of the cast of Avengers: Endgame, celebrating the fifth-year anniversary of the movie, which featured stars including Chris Evans, Jeremy Renner, and Chris Hemsworth. The actor previously shared the same video in 2019, which was almost illegal considering the seriousness of the secrecy of Marvel Studios. But it has been five years, and it just brings back all the memories of the movie.
“Safe to say this video isn’t illegal anymore because how has it been 5 years since @Avengers Endgame was released?! Crazy looking back at that time with some of the greatest cast and crew makes me so thankful to be part of the Avengers universe!” Pratt wrote in the caption of the video.
While most stars were not aware of filming while engaging in conversation with each other, the camera panned to Sean Gunn as he said, “I’m pretty sure I’m the most famous person here.” Pratt then appeared with half of his face flashing on camera saying, “This is a really illegal video.” Captain America star Evans appeared joking with Pratt as he called this could be “big trouble.”
The video also featured Dave Bautista, Pom Klementieff, Chadwick Boseman, Paul Rudd, Mark Ruffalo, Robert Downey Jr., Danai Gurira, Tom Holland, and several stunt doubles.
Fans Are Nostalgic Seeing The Behind-The-Scene Video of Avengers: Endgame
Avengers: Endgame has to be one of the saddest MCU movies of all time. Fans were devastated by the death of Downey Jr.’s iconic hero Iron Man. The movie also witnessed the demise of Scarlett Johansson’s Natasha Romanoff a.k.a. Black Widow. Also, Eavns’ Steve Rogers retired from his Captain America role, passing the shield to Sam Wilson. Now, as Pratt shared the video, fans seem to be nostalgic in their response.
