Jon Watts’ Spider-Man: No Way Home was a billion dollar success at the box office for all the right reasons. From its spectacular special effects to the horde of characters it brought in from different universes, the 2021 film conspicuously had a colossal impact on the future of the MCU. But as thrilling as it was to see Doc Ock and Green Goblin back in action, the biggest spectacle was seeing Tom Holland’s Peter Parker share the screen with Andrew Garfield and Tobey Maguire‘s Spider-Man.

In response to a fan tweet about which movie would consist of “multiple” Spider-Men, a famous pop culture news page on Twitter mentioned Avengers: Secret Wars as the answer.  Further, the page reported that “3 live-action Spider-Men” would be coming back to the movie.

In No Way Home, Garfield and Maguire’s web-slingers decided to help Holland’s titular superhero to fight off the various supervillains from across the multiverse. While they were successful in averting the threat posed by William Dafoe’s Green Goblin, Tom Holland‘s Peter Parker made a heroic sacrifice for the greater good. Seeing how the three Peter Parkers forged a formidable alliance against malignant forces in No Way Home, it’s not entirely impossible for them to join hands in the future again. Besides, Marvel certainly doesn’t have a dearth of supervillains. So the Spider-Man trio could definitely act as an imperative aspect of Secret Wars.

It is also worth noting that Holland’s Spider-Man is rumored to be a part of Avengers: Kang Dynasty (2025) which could further set the premise for his appearance in Secret Wars along with his fellow Spidey mates.

One of the most prevalent fan theories with regard to the movie states that Secret Wars would feature its very own portal scene with superheroes and villains from across the multiverse turning up from different dimensions through various portals. While nothing can be said for certain yet, this could very well surpass both Endgame and No Way Home, something which Secret Wars would probably need to do since it would be concluding the last Phase of the MCU.
