Twitter blasted Brie Larson after her response regarding Johnny Depp’s Jeanne du Barry

During the press conference, juror Brie Larson was startled after she was showered with the question of whether the Marvel star was going to see Johnny Depp’s Jeanne du Barry or not. Although she isn’t required to attend the festival premiere as a juror, as it is not playing in competition, the actress mostly tried to evade the question and stated, “You’re asking me that? However, after the journalist explained the connection by bringing up the actress’s involvement with Times Up, a non-profit organization formed to support victims of s*xual assault, Larson responded by stating, “You’ll see, I guess, if I will see it. And I don’t know how I’ll feel about it if I do”.

But her conflicted feelings towards Depp’s new project weren’t well received among fans, as they slammed the Captain Marvel star for evading the question through Twitter.
