As we quickly approach the release date for Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, more information is constantly being released and/or leaked regarding different mechanics and animations that will be included within the game.

At the moment, each of these mechanics and animations is still in development and can be changed at any point, but with the game being so close to its release date, it is highly unlikely that Rocksteady would completely change a certain animation or mechanic at this stage.

What Is the Supposed Animation That Features Within Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League?

A familiar meme could make its way into Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League.

Again, this is only a rumor, but according to a Twitter/X user called Miller Ross, there is a certain animation that triggers each time a character is swapped out within the Suicide Squad. This mechanic will mainly appear once the first season of the game has been released and the extra characters start rolling into the game.

According to Miller Ross, this animation will feature your currently selected character swapping places with another character who is currently in a jail cell, awaiting their time to shine. This will be available when more characters join the roster, as there will always be four characters in the squad, and until the first season drops, there is no one to swap out yet.

Even though this animation is quite short and to the point, there could be a lot of wiggle room for some interesting interactions that could take place between the characters who are entering and exiting the prison.

Since we will be seeing a lot more characters in the future of Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, there will be a lot of opportunities for us to see our favorite heroes and villains interact; they may not be friendly or they may get too friendly, but with Rocksteady’s history, they will definitely have a rather interesting take on these characters meeting in these circumstances.

Why Does This Supposed Animation Look Similar to James Gunn’s Suicide Squad?

If this feature does come to the game, players will have a lot of fun experimenting with it.

If you haven’t seen the recent Suicide Squad movie from James Gunn, then first, what have you been doing with your life? Second, there is a rather funny scene from the beginning of the film, which has turned into a very common meme since the film was first released.

This scene takes place in Belle Reve prison, in which Amanda Waller is introducing the different members of the Suicide Squad, and one introduction stood out with fans. This special introduction is between Peacemaker and Bloodshot as Waller walks Bloodshot around the prison.

What makes this interaction so funny is the fact that Waller has stated that she has chosen each member of the team for their unique set of skills that no one else has, but when Bloodshot meets Peacemaker, he states the common line “he does everything I do,” in which Peacemaker pushes past him, saying “But better,” which immediately shows they will have a constant back and forth between them.

This looks rather similar to what is described by Miller Ross on Twitter, but with the extra characters, we can only hope that there will be a lot more funny banter in the game than in the film, as we will be able to see a potential copy of this scene if both Peacemaker and Bloodshot somehow make their way into the game.
